I am Chairman of the Tavistock & District Ring & Ride, who provide transport for the isolated, elderly and disabled. One of our passengers accidentally locked themselves out of their house and Rocks & Locks came all the way over from Launceston to Tavistock at very short notice and got them back into the house. Many, many thanks for the excellent, speedy and courteous service.

I didn't realise they were a walk-in style shop where the customer looks through a catalogue and then proceeds to the till to order the product. The store isn't very big but it certainly does the job and the staff are very useful and helpful. Dispute this, however, I was still able to find the product I needed and purchase within minutes.

Willing to help anything and answer any questions you have! 100% recommend! I wouldn't drive 300 miles if they wasnt worth it!!

I bought a 2008 Peugeot 207 from Launceston car centre and it’s a spotless car inside and out and drives like a dream bought at a reasonable price I’m very pleased and I would highly recommend the car sales centre.

I rarely refuel here due to excessive cost, however the mini market coop is very good. Well stocked and carefully maintained with multiple wheelchair friendly access & egress ports, a car park separated from the fuel forecourt by the mini-market & rest rooms. Add to this that it is open between 07:00 hrs & midnight 7 days a week and you have a comprehensive understanding of Wobern Garage/Coop.

Great service reasonable prices

Great staff and garage. Have used a few other garages around and found them all lacking in one way or another. Had my MOT and subsequent failures all sorted out by Paul and his mechanics. Open, honest and friendly. Did not feel messed around at all and all was very transparent.

This is a great place to go to when you are ignorant about what is wrong with your car. Honest, friendly, helpful service...We are now loyal customers of some years standing.

Friendly staff but long waits for prescriptions that sometimes turn into days. Then you find out the product is out of stock and they give you something off the shelf.

A lot easier to get to rather than Exeter, the downside on an early Saturday visit many of the shelves were empty!!!

Food quality exellent especially ready meals and dine in offers. Not always have everything to get the deal I want in stock everytime though.

Tucked away, Nomad is a lovely ladies boutique with great ethnic garments and good prices. Well worth a browse and it's ethical as well. The owner is really friendly and helpful and the website is excellent! Check it out and you are unlikely to be disappointed!

I have worn Prima Donna bras for years but had lost weight and needed to be fitted properly again but didn't want to go all the way to London. I researched and found Undercover in Launceston. I was very pleased. The owner certainly knows her stuff! I bought three new bras, two of which the owner ordered that day for me and is sending free of charge to me as soon as they come in, so I don't need to go back to collect. Excellent, helpful service. Small shop but good stock. Recommend

This is a real gem of a lingerie shop, especially if you require a bra fitting or advice. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and certainly knows her stock. Nothing was too much trouble and I will certainly be going back to visit her on my next trip to Cornwall. She gave a much more personal service than the larger lingerie stores, and made what can be an intimidating experience for many women, a pleasure. Cannot recommend highly enough!

While there wasn't exactly what I wanted at the time, since I turned up rather than calling ahead, upon entering the shop it was full of useful electronics and pc components such as the latest low end to top tier gaming graphics cards and other parts, credit for both PlayStation and Xbox aswell as peripherals such as keyboards and computer mice were available

I rely heavily on my laptop, so it's potentially a major nuisance when something goes wrong. When I explained the urgency, I received an assurance from Colin that he would do his best to ensure a quick resolution. Less than 90 minutes later I received a phone call to say that the laptop was ready to collect. Amazing service and at a bargain price. Thanks.

What a find! A country interiors shop selling unique items, including tables, dressers, china cabinets beautifully repainted and restored with a quality country farmhouse look. Alsolots of other lovely items - linens, crockery, cutlery, jewellery, lamps, cushions, storage boxes, picture frames eyecatching and temptingly displayed. And much more. I need more time....

A lovely gift shop. We have popped into and purchased from Lokaroma on many occasions. The staff and owners have always been very helpful (and served with a smile!) You can guarantee finding something for that special person...Mum, Dad, husband, wife, sister, brother, daughter, son or...special friend, or even just treating yourself!

Charlie Bears Bearhouse is located at the very far end of a big industrial estate. When you get there you enter through a small modern shop selling a selection of 'bears' greeted by a lovely assistant/receptionist. She left us to look at the bears on offer and then asked us if we would like to see the 'Collection'. Pointing to a large, rustic old door at the back of the shop we walked into an amazing museum of Charlie Bears. This place is brilliant. We thought that one room was it until we were shown a lift hidden in the far corner. Once you exit the lift,the exhibit really takes off... I won't spoil it for you... Just go and visit. You may even get to meet Charlie herself like we did. And, it's free!

Until yesterday I didn’t even know this was here. I’m so happy that we stopped by today to have a look. It’s much larger than it seems and everything is displayed with painstaking detail. There’s no fee to go in, and refreshments are available in a cute little “picnic area”. All disabled access friendly. 100% recommend.

Visited this venue for afternoon tea and to visit the shop and workshops. Absolutely delighted by every aspect of this experience including friendly staff, beautiful grounds and gardens and a great cream tea in a characterful and beautifully appointed tea room. Add to the above the beautiful views of Cornish countryside and the magnificent quality of craft works on display - all within the setting of a working farm - and you have a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Great glass making. Some of it very expensive, especially the new chandilier range. But there is also glass to buy suitable for everybody's pocket. Great little Jo Downs shop in Tintagel.

Just want to say thank you to Blacker Yarn - not only do they have beautiful well sourced wool, supporting rare breeds and farmers, their customer service is fantastic. If you haven't tried them do! I've bought from them over quite a few years and they really do believe in what they do and care.

They stock a good range of Endura clothing and Lisa will get any additional clothing in within days if needed. I had such confidence in his knowledge and expertise and I look forward to being a customer again in the future.

Donna did our wedding flowers in 2011. the whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The advice Donna gave was second to none. There was no fuss or panic, everything was so smooth and easy going yet professional. Donna is not at all pushy when you make your choices but there to advise of a less expensive choice if there is one appropriate. Since using Donna several other friends and family have also used her !!!!!!

Dr Yan helped me immensely when I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder. She helped my partner when he was very sick and I think she is a brilliant healer. If you feel hopeless and that you will never get better, go and see Dr Yan and you'll improve, she is very skilful.

Absolutely amazed about the fabulous customer service today! 4 staff went out of their way to help us find a charger cable for our camera! Absolutely fantastic!

This Argos had what I wanted, staff very helpful & afriendly service. Catalogue books, touch screens available to search for what you want. Quick pay stations available as well. A good Large carpark & easy to get to, just off the A30.

Great store! Sells groceries at great prices along with a small clothing section, everything you need to furnish your home, and an ample toy selection.

Really enjoyed the experience of a small skatepark the size really will nit matter with such a wide range of ramps and from a skater great vert to box section

It's a great skate park but a bit smaller than the original building. But the thrill of riding there makes up for it!

Excellent service and had everything I needed for my new puppy

Having been suffering from a reoccurring knee pain i decided to go to Launceston Sports and Therapy Centre and couldn't have been more impressed by them. The staff were very friendly and chatty (which was nice to take my mind off the pain of a massage) and because of them i no longer have felt any pain at all even after some really hard training.

Wonderful service and advice from someone who really knows what they are talking about.

A spectacular experience

Easy parking, fairly quiet am reasonably priced and quite good selection. Check out lady was pleasant. We do like this store.

The people who work there are really nice and help full . Far better than the stress of going to tescos.
