If your expectations are realistic and in line with what you should expect from the NHS then you'll be absolutely fine here. This practice is actually pretty good and still takes on local NHS patients. Appointments usually run on time (though can be occasionally cancelled at short notice), the staff are skilful and helpful and all the work I've had done here has been done properly, been relatively pain-free and it hasn't cost me an arm and a leg.

I have just been referred for an orthodontics appointment . I needed teeth extracted before I could have a brace. The receptionist got me in the next day and I had 3 teeth out with no pain at all. Everyone was really helpful and told me not to worry. It was really good

I have used this medical centre for the past fourteen years.Apart from having difficulty twice in getting an appointment with a named GP,I have had no reason to criticise it at all.I have always been treated with respect and understanding.I feel that the attack on here against Dr.Janice Haddon is unjustified.In fact,I always try to see her first and have always been correctly diagnosed,treated like an adult and respected.Likewise with other staff I have met.

This shame that the receptionist let this place down. Can't praise doctor reed enough so nice and calm and welcoming really helps you and makes you feel better

Dr Yan helped me immensely when I was in a lot of pain with my shoulder. She helped my partner when he was very sick and I think she is a brilliant healer. If you feel hopeless and that you will never get better, go and see Dr Yan and you'll improve, she is very skilful.

All staff are helpful and welcoming. Always very busy but no one is flustered. Prices are very affordable and as a contact lens user they offer me great deals. But every issues I've ever had with my lens gets solved instantly by the staff.

Nice people. Not too pushy. Got what I needed at a good price.

Super local resource. Superior levels of service. Friendly healthcare provided in my locale. The longest wait I have had is less than a quarter hour. The level of care promotes absolute confidence. Smug smiles all around I think... Are YOU still not living in Launceston..?? You are not - why not!!??

I really like this leisure centre. Has lots to offer, the only one reason i give 4 starts is because of the gym. It could be bigger. The reception team is super friendly. I don't think you can find any better place in Launceston than this.

Kids enjoyed it but basic for a swimming pool and leisure centre but has a good park for little ones outside

I wanted to say thank you to the young lady called Daniel who was so very helpful when I used this store recently. She was so polite and nothing was to much trouble while she spent time trying to help me find the right product for me.

Service with a smile. Wonderful service from two bright happy smiling and helpful assistants. I felt like a fish out of water entering the store my mission to get some nail care kit and equipment for a female friend who was in hospital. The staff help me make my selection and were most helpful in every way possible recommending this superdrug store to anybody.

I've had to go in a few times now and everyone is cheerful and helpful

Friendly staff but long waits for prescriptions that sometimes turn into days. Then you find out the product is out of stock and they give you something off the shelf.

Good school as long as you do what they want you to be. Two of my children go here. There is a few useless rules. And no reasoning. But over all, they seem happy to go.

Well it's okay but nowt to shout about... I moved from a solid property to one held together by sticking plasters which was built on the old riverbed hence has been constantly needing to be dried out for about 6 months of the last year.. The place has replaced my still serviceable kitchen with a cheaper spec smaller cabinet version which further restricted the storage space available. The people are pretty good too but you need to realise that it takes all sorts to make a community and they sure meet them here... Caviat emptor.
