Food was lovely but we had to wait a long time for it! There was only 1 other couple and a table of 3 before us so they weren't excatly busy! My husband asked the waitress a question about something on the menu and she didn't know the answer but she didn't offer to go and find out from the kitchen!! We asked for mayo and some other condiments which were all bought to the table in their original plastic bottles which looked cheap and nasty! They need to decide if they are a pub or a restaurant because the mix of both really didn't work well.
Lovely hotel. Rooms were very spacious. Amenities were standard. Bathroom was very nice. Bar was small and staff could have been trained better.

Quirky little place. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Food absolutely delicious. When in the UK we alwaya manage to come back here. Would recommend if you want something different.
We went midweek so the bar and restaurant was very quiet. The service was quick and friendly, with a decent selection of typical pub fayre on the menu, all reasonably priced. We ate steaks, which were delicious and cooked perfectly, and came with an enormous amount of sides.

We stayed here on our first ever dog holiday, saying we are picky is an understatement, it was unbeleivable, we loved every minute, it was beautiful inside and so thoughtfully set out, down to every little detail, amy the owner was lovely and so helpful, it was spotless, it was so relaxing, so quiet, we travelled out most days but returned to cook a meal some nights instead of eating out, we found an Indian resteurant that delivered and that was one of the best curries we’ve had, we loved it that much we are booking two holidays here next year!!
Just passing by and it's Cornwall so yeah! Very nice 😊

This b and b is more like home than a b and b

The Beechgrove Bed and Breakfast and Richard & Jane Herman provided for a memorable visit and whilst I was not there for a long stay, they strike me as being warm and welcoming. This B&B is a little jewel in easy reach of Launceston town centre close to a cosmopolitan shopping experience, nearby park for bracing walks including a dog friendly area, many eateries and parking aplenty. I was all the happier to leave The Beechgrove B&B with a small gift, having gleaned previously unknown facts. I would certainly return and am happy to recommend to you.
Near town center and easy to access, with beautiful back garden.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Although the weather wasn't on our side we still had great time glamping. Lovely safari tents and Mike and Erika were great hosts. 10 out of 10, A* and a distinction. Really recommend.
Beautiful!
